Sofia Righetti Nottegar is a PhD candidate in Education at the Department of Human Sciences, University of Verona. A crip-queer activist, she obtained a Bachelor\u2019s degree in Philosophy of Medicine and a Master\u2019s degree with honors in Philosophy of Law from the University of Bologna, where she wrote her thesis on the rights of disabled people. Her research project explores how Crip Theory and Feminist Disability Studies, intertwined with intersectional transfeminist activism and Disability Justice, can be transformed into critical educational practice and a political act oriented toward social justice.
