One-day Conference presenting the collective book edited by Massimo Prearo, Politiche dell’orgoglio. Sessualità, soggettività e movimenti sociali  (ETS, series àltera / PoliTeSse – Politics and Theories of Sexuality, Pisa 2015)

Considering “proudeness” as a form of collective and experential knowledge circulating in the field of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and transexual, queer, intersex and asexual activism, the scientific ambition of this one-day conference is to provide interpretative models in order to understand some of the problematic changes that have contributed in recent years to transform the activism and the identity of LGBTQIA movements.
