Andrea Ierna is a PhD candidate in Human Sciences, within the curriculum of philosophy, at the University of Verona, where he is conducting research on childhood as a political device. His research interests bridge political and theoretical philosophy, focusing on the normativity involved in subjectivation practices and the differential criteria that shape these processes. His work engages with Adriana Cavarero’s thought of sexual difference, the philosophy of practices of Carlo Sini and Michel Foucault, as well as constructivist and antisocial queer theories.
