Federica De Cordova is Assistant Professor in Social Psychology at the Department of Philosophy, Education and Psychology, University of Verona. Her research focuses on the relationship between culture and psychological functioning, with particular emphasis on how power dynamics are embedded in psychological work. Among her topics of interest: culture and healing systems; elaboration of trauma and agency; female genital mutilation in migration; transgenerational relationships in migrants’ families; subjective well-being and community development in diverse economies; same-sex parenthood.
