Abstract

This paper, through a study of the scientific literature, aims to understand the link between the phenomenon of educational poverty, young NEETs (Not engaged in Education, Employment or Training), and the use of new technologies in order to obtain effective training. This study deals with the identification and analysis of useful elements for the definition of educational practices able to support the reintegration of young people, who don’t study, don’t work and are not in training, within the educational, training and employment channels. According to this, a project of national relevance will be presented, which aims contrasting forms of educational fragility; in particular related to one of the four research actions, which aimed to help young NEETs in social and work reintegration through the creation of a dedicated MOOC (Massive Open Online Course).
