Fifty (+1) years after the publication of the essay Dalla parte delle bambine, internationally regarded as a manifesto of feminist pedagogy, the research centers Arendt, Genie, and PoliTeSSe are organizing the conference “Con Elena Gianini Belotti: Dalla parte dell’educazione di genere” This event will not only celebrate the brilliance of its author but also provide a reflection on gender education today.

The conference is also organized in collaboration with the LGBTQI+ Teachers & Educators Network Mariasilvia Spolato and CESP (Study Center for Public Schools), an organization accredited for teacher training.

We look forward to welcoming you on November 13, 2024, from 8:45 AM to 5:30 PM at the University of Verona.

Participation in the conference entitles attendees to leave from work under Article 36 of the 2019/2021 CCNL.

The conference will take place exclusively in person. However, for those unable to attend, the morning sessions will be recorded and subsequently published on the University of Verona’s YouTube channel.
