What form might an urban agency take in Verona today? And what conditions are necessary for it to become an effective tool for managing urban transformation?

An opportunity for open discussion between institutional stakeholders, professionals, researchers and local organisations to reflect on the role of an urban agency as a potential framework for coordination and mediation, capable of linking public policies, local initiatives and the city’s emerging needs.

Building on the themes that emerged in previous meetings, the discussion will focus on the practical prospects for establishing an urban agency, ranging from its capacity to generate situated knowledge to the development of new forms of collaborative governance, and the relationship between institutional innovation and democratic participation.

The final meeting will take the form of a round table aimed at bringing together different experiences and visions, with the aim of outlining possible pathways for the Verona context.
