What is a city today without institutions capable of keeping pace with its transformations?
A journey through theory and Italian case studies to explore the role of an urban agency: an intermediary institution able to mediate between public, private, and civic actors, produce field-based analysis, and guide public decision-making.

Key issues such as housing policies, urban regeneration, and the democratic tensions shaping the contemporary city will be examined in depth.

In this first meeting, we will have the honor of hosting Claudio Calvaresi (Avanzi Milano) and Chiara Lucchini (Urban Lab Torino) .
