On November 15 at 6:30 PM, at La Sobilla (Salita San Sepolcro 6b, Verona), Elisa Venturini and Andrea Ierna from the PoliTeSse Research Center (Politics and Theories of Sexuality) at the University of Verona, along with the transfeminist collective Ortiche collettivamente separate, will present the book “For Transformative Justice. A Critique of Cancel Culture” by adrienne maree brown (Meltemi, 2024), edited and translated by the research group Dalla Ridda. The volume includes the essay “Have We Cancelled Ourselves? Notes on Transformative Justice and Victim Subjectivation in the Italian Context”, written by the queer transfeminist collective Laboratorio Smaschieramenti.

Renato Busarello and Lorenzo Petrachi (Laboratorio Smaschieramenti), together with Melania Mariconda (Dalla Ridda), will also be present.
