Anna Lorenzetti is temporary Lecturer in Constitutional Law; she holds a PhD in European tax and public law (Constitutional Law, University of Bergamo – thesis: The Implementation of the Directive 2004/113 and the Direction of the Antidiscrimination Law). She is Professor in Gender Analysis and Antidiscrimination Law, Integration Politicies, Gender based Violence: legal and psico-social aspects, at the University of Bergamo. Her research interests are: antidiscrimination law and equality, European public law, gender and law, LGBT rights. Among her works: Diritti in transito.
